OK, staying NA, what could i do all motor wise to keep it a everyday driver to get me to college and back and still be able to whoop some rice ass?

You might want to p&p the head and bore out the tb. It wouldn't be a bad idea if you got a pair of new cams w/ adjustable gears too.

get some cams, cam gears, the howell ECU, the top end kit from crower (springs and retainers), 60mm TB.. P&P the head, header, SAFC, intake mani, higher comp pistons, aluminum flywheel.. im sure theres more.. but i cant think of anything

send block to black dog bore to 2.2 port and polish bigger valves, new valve train bigger cams about 22's are good =) 60mm tb ported and polished intake ignition mods new ecu the works ya know?

Well, since you have a 95, the howell ecu is not an option. However the other mods listed sound good
Current Mods:
Flowmaster Muffler
Ghettofied PVC intake w/K&N Filter
Platinum +4 Plugs
MSD Super Conductor Wires
1 Heavy Right Foot!!!!!

the howell ecu can be had if he was to get a ecu and harness froma junk yard and swap over

i got a spare ecu, i am gonan call howell and see if theres anything i can do......this is what i was thinking after talking it over with my pops.
howell's top end kit(cams,gears,lashers,lifters,etc..)
P and P head,intake manny,and TB
and just basicly rebiuld the motor back to stock specs
and a SAFC of course!, i live near extreme, so i am gonan have them tune it
