40929, 2.4 bottom end problems

I rewired my injectors, switched my coil wires and moved the cam sensor magnet exactly 90 degrees. Now I'm having problems with the idle being alittle wierd and when your on the gas the car is hesitating around 3000rpms. Could it be the timing is off by a tooth? Does the cam sensor magnet go clockwise or counter clockwise? I have it clockwise now.

Whoa!!!!!
Counterclockwise.
As for the cam timing, yeah, that's a tough one, as you can't go by the markings on the gears. It is best to go by the bosses on the cams themselves. Which tensioner are you using?
