40786, Fuel Pressure Gauges??? Posted by zhr420, Jan-03-03 06:59 PM
ok if i am runnin a stock fuel set up what is the best way to measure fuel pressure? I am star stage 2 with a 96+ rail so my only FPR is the one that came with the kit, what is the best way to measure fuel pressure? I am installin my turbo kit but have not messed with the fuel set up yet, havn't driven it in a while, so i want to get a good baseline on what the car should run like when boosting. I have allmost all readings when stock; datalogs, egt, A/F ratio. If their is anything else that whould help me tune my car with the turbo before install please suggest. also someone has to help me understand how to read the datalogs. if anyone can give a crash course with screen shots that would be cool later "Z"

You can get a fuel pressure gauge from summit or jegs for pretty cheap. Jegs has the autometer fuel pressure gauge (0-100) for 37.99 part # 105-3412 or you could get the NOS fuel pressure gauge(I have this one) for 34.99 part # 741-15906. (NOS gauge goes 0-120)
