40465, relocating FMU
Posted by boostinvegas, Dec-29-02 01:22 PM
i see a lot of you with 96 and later with pressure reg. in rear converted to 95 style with regulator in front. Is there an easy way to relocate the FMU to the firewall?

What you are prob. seeing is the FMU that they are using to regulate boost pressure. I have never heard of anyone relocating there stock fpr to the front.

you probably were looking at a picture of a 95 model, they have their fuel pressure regulators and fuel filter located in the engine bay they're suppose to be closely together, i haven't heard of this relocation unless i'm wrong and someone has done this, i would really like to know, cause i would rather tune it in the engine than to have to jack the car to get to it.
