wow... how many miles were on that engine? how long did it take you to take your engine out and reassemble it? Any info on how hard i was to take out the whole engine??

Those are actually 2 different bottom ends. I had a spare built up while I was running the old motor. It had about 67k miles on it and lived (sort of) through a hydrolock. I disassembled it today. Bearings good, pistons ok, rings not so good, 2 of 4 rods ... bent.

No, it's a block that I had built. JEs 8.8:1, eagle rods, clevite 77 bearings, ceramic coated bearings, polydyne coated cylinder walls, balanced to 11k. The head is being milled to bump the compression back up.
Did someone call my race block BLING??!! jeez, you guys are hard to please! :P
