why when doing a swap to 2.4 many people stick with the 2.0 head ??

is the 2.4 head bad ?

You can't use the 2.4L head on our cars as far as I know. However it is worse than ours because it won't hold the high revs like our head will.

the only cars the 2.4L came in were reverse flow from the 420a in the 2gnt. that's why you can't use the head. if you swapped in cams from a 2gnt then you could probably use the 2.4L, but that'd be a pain and not worth it.

use the 2.0 head that way everything is the same as before and u can still rev to the same limit our head design is good even better when hogged out =)

ive got almost all my parts waiting on couple more then motor gos to machine shop for block prep balancing crank knife edging and the whole works...

so im hoping to be turbo 2.4 by the first race day of the year =P
