Well, I put on my Unorthodox racing UDP today on my motor, and BOY are teh instructions ever misleading :( from what they said, I was to preheat my oven to 500 degrees, then put the pulley in the oven for 20 min, then take it out, and it should slide on pretty good, and if it didn't slide all the way down, beat it with a hammer and a piece of wood. well, it didn't work like that ;) First I tried getting the pulley out fo the oven with my new work gloves (bought solely for that purpose) and they aren't very heat resistant to say the least ;) then I grabbed some kitchen gloves and got the pulley out and put it on the crankshaft. well, it didn't go an any farther than it did when it was cold! so I tried the hammer thing. it went on a little more, but nowhere close to bottoming out. so then I said "here we go" and got out my impact gun. that got it bottomed out ;). also, I was putting o-rings in my greddy oil filter relocator when I noticed something on the instructions. it seems that oil flows from the outside of an oil filter Inward to the center oil channel back to the motor. I thought it was the other way around. It looks like the greddy filter re-loactor is designed to accomodate this also (outlet is slightly bigger than inlet). Is this how it works? I just need to make sure. so I know how to plumb my oil cooler and accumulator and filter.
