39880, How do I know if my clutch is engaged all the way?

I'm still having this soft clutch feel after I re-installed the clutch cylinder piston repair kit and bled it 3x. I can shift into gears but they feel kinda dry and notchy...i dunno if it's me or what. Is there some way to test if the clutch is fully engaged? thanks
