I am lookin for a kit for a 2G, aftermarket turboed car. do they make this kit for a 98 GS? ive found it for the 1G NA and turbo and for the 2G turbo....tia

Bingo. No balance shafts in the 2.0L 420A.

Yeah, but we didn't need no stinkin' kit to remove them. Cut the chain, unbolt it, and plug the oil hole. That's it. Only effin' part of the swap that was easy.

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is a blance shaft? I've always wondered. TIA

1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS

Mods: Airbox modification, NGK-BKR5E spark plugs. There was a filter at the end of the stock intake pipe, but i ran over it.
