anyone has any clips of a non turbo spooling up with a turbo kit? i want to see how fast it gets with a turbo kit to motivate me to get one. please anyone? thx

I dont have any clips. But all you need to get yourself motivated it to drive a turbo'd car.
The feeling of when that baby spools up is like non other.

Mine does not spool up quite like a 4g63 (they are really dogs before the turbo kicks in). But it is quite noticable. Especially in 1-3rd gears.

is that 2.5 from the turbo to the EVO?

yes, i'm running 2.5 full custom from the turbo to the evo..here are a few pictures that I took one night...the only thing that pisses me off is that they cut the flange to my EVO so I can't do it again..motherfuckers..i should make them pay!

And yes, i'll try to get my girlfriend to hold the cam so I can do full throttle. :) That was 10psi.

hehe well if you look, you have an exaust leak at the head to exaust manifold, and a good leak at the turbo exuast housing-to- hahn downpipe...you can see all the black soot...

its not bad, i cant hear any leaks....and the soot won't clean off.

Mods: Airbox modification, NGK-BKR5E spark plugs. There was a filter at the end of the stock intake pipe, but i ran over it.

get one. makes a gs/rs/esi not suck anymore. my car used to be SO slow it hurt. now it's decent. actually, no it's not. right now it's really broken. just remember, after you get a turbo kit chances are you'll rebuild sooner or later, which can cost $1100-$2300 depending on how you do it. unless you're cheap and just rebuild with stock internals which is significantally cheaper. anyways, i'm done now.
