Posted by dudasd, Jun-24-01 12:07 PM On one of my older cars I had the same prob and it turned out to be one of the motor mounts was tweaked and the engine shifted funny and kept me from hitting the bottom half of the shift pattern. Replaced that and all was well... | |

Posted by Michael_97RS, Jun-26-01 02:02 AM You don't need a rebuild if you can't get into 2 4 and reverse, all you need to do is adjust the shifter linkage. I think there is a procedure in the manual, but I've never done it so, I can't give any tips. | |
