39429, CEL 32... Posted by icjeclipse, Dec-13-02 07:51 AM
ok here is my situation: headgasket replaced - got codes 21, 21 for 3 months replace front O2 and put resitor on rear 02 - 21's go away and i get 51(lean) re-wire front 02 and 51 goes away (2.5 weeks ago) today- CEL 32 pops up, car is running great. Is this cel involved with 51? Was this a recall or something, and if it was, how can i check if i had recall done? How can i get rid of it? I need to get rid of this cel and sell my car. Please help... Thanks

If you didn't actually block your EGR then I would just go through and check out all the parts of the system. They're listed with the code - Harness and connector / Electric EGR transducer solenoid / EGR valve / EGR tube clogged / Vacuum hoses. There are some EGR tests in the Chiltons manual.
