I just put in a new transmission and for some reason it wont start now. would having it jacked up for 3 weeks do anything to cause it to not start. it turns over just fine but no spark. Any ideas on why? I've checked all of my wires and everything is connected. also cleaned up my spark plugs. i have no clue why it isnt starting now. coil pack is connected ans all bettery terminals are on. . .. clueless. ..

You said you didnt have spark to double check take plug out #1 piston it must be still hooked to your wires and hold it to contact metal then have someone crank the car if you see spark on every plug your c-pack is fine...Check your fuel pump and relay thats if no gas is coming up or you should here prime when you turn your key in ignition.
