38988, High Flow Cats?

I keep seeing these BOMZ high flow CATS on Ebay for like 50 bucks. I've been thinking about getting one just b/c their cheap. I have a stock exhaust set-up with the GST muffler. Will a high-flow cat do anything for me or is it a waste of money? I feel like I should know the answer to this but I don't. They advertise more HP, but some people think putting stickers on your car makes it faster :nono I have BOMZ front and rear strut bars and they are real happy with them - decent quality.

In order:
Mirror Tint|Grillcraft grill|SprilMax|GST Exhaust|Front/Rear strut bars|EBC brakes|Brembo Crossdrill/slotted rotors|AEM CAI|NGK Plugs|Magnecor Wires|Konig VeloCT 17x7|Niitto 450's|55mmTB|

Next:Custom Short Shifter

Lot's of guys argue that you lose low end and gain a little high end...I dunno personally, but that seems to be the opinion around here.

it's going to do very very little, with the mods you have so far. if you had a whole catback, it would help. you should save your money for serious mods (it's worth it IMO)

i got one after i knocked my kitty out. i didnt notice that much of a loss of low end torque but my car rev's quicker and pulls harder in the mid to top end. i got mine for like $75 from catco and i love it. i just have the typical i/e setup, nothing special. i like mine, i noticed alot of difference, for the better. id reccomend getting one...but thats just me.

I would not bother replacing that cat until you get ALOT more mods. The money can be much better spent on more effective mods for where you currently are with your car.
