non-modular will say you a little money in the long run probably, depends if you can afford it or not... lightweight alum flywheel should allow faster revs i guess, dunno how noticible it would be

I was told with the alum flwheel get a big hp gain the only thing better is wieght and it would be less rotaing mass but would it hurt for every day driving. Also do are cars have balance shafts or is that just factory turbo cars

Balance shafts are turbo cars only. The alum flywheel is less weight and will allow you to rev faster. I have heared some say it is worth the money while others thought it was a waste of money. If your going for all motor or for a very powerful top end go for it, if not spend the money on something else imo.

i heard it really bogs down your launch

you just have to be better at shifting. you don't have all that time like you do with the stock flywheel. it revs up and down a lot faster so you have to shift faster and smoother. it does give some extra hp and transfers the hp a little better with faster response.
