Bump.
So i know that they free up hp, but I have heard that UP's aren't good because they don't have harmonic balancers? Has anyone had any problems with them? How do you like them? Is there a noticeable gain in power? Are they hard to install? TIA.

OMG!!! You fuggin NOOB!!! This is such an old post... You could have just started a new thread about it... or yet, even better SEARCH!! this has been discussed a million times. Yes there are gains, No they don't have a harmonic balancer, No they dont introduce many problems unless you are running a really big system...
:rolleyes

We don't have a harmonic balancer to start with, we are internally balanced...

I have the unorthodox racing pulley and I have had no problems with it at all. I got lucky and found it on Ebay for $120 shipped.:thumbsup

-Why? This one is here so why waste 2gnt's space? I think that posting in a old thread is cool if your gonna try and get some help from it.
"or yet, even better SEARCH!!"
-That is how I found this thread. I typed in "underdrive pullys" and this is the only thing I got. And like I said before, why make a new post if there is already one here?
"this has been discussed a million times."
-Well I only got 1 match and this was it. I didn't find any helpful info in here.
BTW, my search was "underdrive pullys", "subject only", and "performance/engine". I narrowed it down to get info, but none came up. Why don't you stop being a n00b. You suggest I waste 2gnt's space... :nono .

lol, he did use search to find this...
but Nackers - pulley is spelled with an 'e' - that is why you only found one thread. If you want to find more, check out the "Things we've seen before" section.
I think this post might be a little more helpful than OMFG N00B!!!!

Underdrive pulley? meh, i guess that looks right. I can't spell very good. But anyway, I feel that I did the right thing instead of wasting space, but maybe thats just me. Either way, whats done is done and I got my info:). Thanks too all who helped:thumbsup.
