I wanted to know if anyone got their Billet TB's that were on ebay. I paid and have got nothing. I've emailed him with no responce. If anyone knows what up please respond.

i didnt buy one but i emailed him to find out whats going on.he said thier was a mix up but it is all fixed now and everyone who paid for on its on the way.that was about 2 weeks ago heard nothing since then.

The guy's full of $hit, I know more about him then he thinks I do. I was of the first three that paid and recieved nothing. Dont get your hopes up on getting it. If you dont get it soon, go to ebays buyer protection program and do what it says. Then file for reimbursement from ebay, you wont get all your $$ back but you'll get some. Then ebay will go after him because you know they'll want their $$$ back. So far this guy's has been nothing more then a cronic lying pos. I will be VERY surprised if by some miracle we recieved the the tb's.

I am 99% sure that we got burned on this deal, for everyone who bought a tb, we need to gang up and file a police report on his ass. Post here if you got burned as well.

I didn't pay in advance but he just responded to an email I sent. It seems he states there is a second batch that will ship on monday. He is supposedly sending me a polished one COD. I'll let you all know.

A second batch, haHAAAA, Thats funny, I think he means a first batch. Just don't give him a dime upfront and you'll be o.k.

well, I've been requesting a tracking number for mine for the last week and all I get are excuses......I will be rather hot if I dont recieve it, but I'm keepin tha faith, I'll give it 5 more days (cuz mail's runnin REAL slow due to thanksgivin stuff) and if I dont recieve, I'm filing a report thru Ebay

File a report now.

There is a long process to get a complaint escalated to the point where you get your money back and an investigation started. It's always to start early because there's very short timelimits for each step.

I file a complaint 7 days after paying. By the time it comes time to actually come down on the guy hard, it's been 4 weeks and I'm obviously not going to get my item. If I do get it before then, there's very little harm done to anyone. (But wait till the very end to file negative feedback, sellers tend to backlash on this, even when they're bleeding fraud).

i ordered one, still waiting. I used to talk to the guy on AIM all the time, seemed really cool. The last few days ive been trying to talk to him its always his friend and not him. i dunno, im going to wait a few more days. I really hope we get ours, or ill be really pissed off.

Just a thought..but, Lo RS 4me is the one that introduced us to this guy. I remember his first post saying something about how his friend is making tb's. Anyway, im not pointing fingers, but Lo RS 4me, why dont you talk to your boy at neonspeedlab and let us know the deal. I dont think that we(those who ordered the tb's) got burned because i ordered a short shifter from Lo RS 4me and he came through really quick, and im somewhat confident taht he wouldnt introduce us to some guy who would rip us off. Just a thought though.

I emailed him asking where they were and told him i wanted a phone number to talk to him, Its at home, Ill have to post it as soon as i get home. But maybe if we all call him and ask him what the hells going on he'll get the point.

well guys heres his reply to one of my emails, I emailed him pissed off wanting his phone number cause I wanted to know where it was, this was about a week and a half ago, I havent called him yet because I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and I was gonna wait it out but Im gonna call him Monday... He never gave me his name in all the emails ive sent him, I sent him one today ahd the reply was "Shawn is away on vacation for the Holiday, Please check the message board"

anyway hopefully SOMETHING positive comes out of all this, either my $$ back (which I doubt), we'll get our tb's which i once again doubt or well learn a lesson on not to trust the new guy... which I think is the probable outcome

Ive been burned before, and you guys can be helped.

As long as you have proof of payment you can contact the police dept there (listed below) and the police WILL, on that same day, call him up or visit him. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ACTION, it is simply mediation. They will give him a deadline for a refund or for delivery of goods. Legal action does not take place until after you decide that, which is after he has failed the deadline. The police assign an investigator who will call you everyday, yes long distance, to find out if you've recieved your money or a refund. I've never been dissappointed in the police help of any city.

Its works even better if one of you can collect the information from all other's who have been burned and submit EVERY PERSON'S proof of purchase to the investigator in one phone call. Certainly, the more people the more serious. Good luck everyone!
