3796, PCM code 61 Posted by guest, Jun-20-01 02:23 PM I DONT HAVE IT!!! knock on wood.......But i know two people with stage twos that have it. It isnt on the list of codes. The only difference between our cars is that i have no turbo timer and they both do. And they are stage two and i am stage one. I was just wondering what it was? | |

The code has to do with the Evap system somehow. I also now Murix has had the code as well. It may have something to do with the AFC, dunno. | |

The thing is, it goes off sometimes after like a month or so. Then it will stay off for a few weeks then all of a sudden, I will be in like 3rd gear around 6600 rpms at full throttle it will just come on. Oh well, it's not like the engine acts any different with it on or off. | |
