3787, Polishing valve cover? Posted by Deze2g, Jun-20-01 12:35 PM OK i was going to powder coat my valve cover but i've seen a few on here, and a few at shows with polished valve covers and it looks tight. What should i use to polish it? Should i clear coat it after? Also incase i mess it up, is there a place that can polish it for me? Thanks in advance | |

It's very hard to do unless you have the right equipment and it's also time consuming. For the cost of getting it done (approx. $100) it's worth taking it somewhere dropping it off and pick it up the next day or so. | |
