37232, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON?????

guys my check engine light just came on this morning when i started my car. i took it to autozone for the to run the computer test and it said there was something wrong with SPCUT P1494. of course he as no idea what that is. anyone know what this is? thanks

1494----evaporative emissions ventilation solenoid switch or mechanical fault.
check the harness and connector
vacuum hose routing
evap. emission ventalation solenoid

what would i be lookin for, and what is the evaporation emissions thing you were talking about. so it could be a vacuum hose? 2 days ago, i started to hear a faint hissing sound from the front left side of the engine, i thought it was just pulley noise. so i bet thats it, thanks.
