37009, problem starting car right now....

I've posted about this before, about the fuel pump and fuel pump relays, and thought that fixed the problem, but it came back. Here's the problem:
occasionally the car would cut off while driving or not start. I put in a new fuel pump relay and like I said, the problem disappeared for a while, but now, when I have less than 1/4 a tank of gas, it doesn't want to start. The motor will crank, but no starting. I know that when it doesn't work, there is no "noise", the sound that the fuel pump makes when it's priming (I think that's what the noise is). When the car makes the noise, it starts fine.
My questions are, is it the fuel pump? fuel lines? vacuum lines? or something different. I do have my CEL on, and when I took it to satan over a year ago for the recall I had them scan it and they said it was the roll-over valve, but the service manager said it won't hurt anything if it's not fixed.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated... I missed class tonight because of this, I'm not trying to miss anymore!

I hate to say this, but it does sound like your fuel pump relay. I know that you just replaced it. but from what I've found, they can last a month or they can last virtually forever. fortunately they are simply 30 amp load reduction relays, so you can swap other relays from your car to test to see if this is the problem. also you can use relays for fog/driving lights.
you might just want to swap them around and see if it solves your problem.
