I just went to drain my tranny fluid... and well i wulled that rubber cap out and put my finger in there but didn't really feal any fluid.. so i started jacking up the front of the car and i forgot to put that plug back in and it started leaking out of that plug hole but only a very little bit like a 6 inch puddle. so i put that plug back in and pulled the drain plug(13mm kinda long bolt) but nothing came out.. nothing at all. did i do something wrong here? I thought about 2L of fluid was supposed to come out of this damn thing???? please help me!!

was the car jacked up from the front. if so try lowering it and see if any fluid comes out of the drain.

yes it was jacked up from the front, and i did lower it back down but still nothing came out!!!

ok... i just took out my reverse light sensor...well i guess thats what it is. I pulled it out it's got a gear on it and shit? well I can see fluid in the reverse light sensor hole...? so why isn't this shit draining? i pulled the only plug that looked like a drain plug. it's in the front of the tranny kinda faces down and to the front in an angle? 13mm bolt? Please help me out!!

If the car was semi level and you took out the drain plug and nothing came out then mayber there was not much in there. Coulda leaked out over time or something. That's all I can think of.

i believe it's 2.1 L of fluid. If not that much came out then its a good thing you're re filling. Then try to have the car as level as possible. For me the dran plug was a bolt unscrewing horozontally with the car towards the center.it started gushing out for me. the then to fill it plug it back up and pull of the rubber cap.
