35666, fuel pressure question

Does the amount of fuel in your gas tank have anything to do with the fuel pressure? The reason I ask is I have a N.O.S. dry kit with a fuel pressure safety which. I just put in my 75 shot jet and around 6100 RPM’s the kit is kicking out until it shifts then the kit comes back on. I only have about 1/8 tank of gas. I was wondering if that might of caused low fuel pressure. I wasn’t leaning out either, stayed rich the whole time.
Thanx jesse

Low fuel should have nothing to do w/ low fuel pressure unless you're so low that the pump is not able to pull in fuel all the time. Even then, if your pressure dropped significantly, you should lean out. Since you didn't lean out, your pressure was probably consistent.
