From a hair above half a tank to a almost completely on empty I got about 235 miles. Is that good for an eclipse???

wow..thats insanely good. from my experience it takes about 6 gallons of fuel to it it to the half mark, and that means your getting almost 40 miles to the gallon.:o

i usually get about 170ish miles with the same amount of fuel, no mods, but a 300 lb sound system.

from completely full to the "gas-empty sign" flashing, around 285 on 87 octane.

How about 18-20 mpg on a stage iv fuel system. It sucks big time. I guess that's the price I have to pay for wanting more horsepower :-(

usually I get around 32 mpg with just highway driving, my best ever was 37 mpg, not bad for a 15.5 sec car :)

I adveraged high 20's mpg with just saround town. Above 30 on highway trips. Dad got 40mpg on a vacation with her once before I bought her from him. Needless to say that was in stock trim.

My mileage since the cams isn't as good. But I haven't checked my average since they were installed yed. Plus they are still being tuned.

how the hell are you guys getting so much gas mileage on a tank of gas? I get about, if i'm lucky around 240 miles on a tank.

I guess there must be something wrong. What should I check?

If there isn't any gas leak, check out your upstream O2 sensor. A bad O2 sensor will cause the ecu to "turn on" the "safe mode," resulting in a richer fuel system. Also, have you done a good tuneup? A fresh set of plugs and an oil change sometimes helps with fuel economy; check your tire pressures. It also depends on your driving habit. If you leave the line fast (most of the time) your fuel economy will suffer, too.

yeah.. i guess it's probably just the way I drive. I am always slamming the gas at a stop light.

wow haha now I know my engine is screwed. I used to get 300 miles per tank but I can barely make that now i"ll et something like 280. I calculated the MPG and it's like 20-22 MPG O_o Time for rebuild yes yes!

Damn you guys get shitty mileage.Premium fuel seems to make a difference for me, i went from 350~370 miles per tank to just over 400, and I don't drive very conservatively.

Best ever for me was 445 to a tank. After coming back from the so cal meet today I got 412, and 12.24 gallons filled it back up. I've noticed better mileage too ever since I got my magnaflow cat back

I always got like 25-27 and thats mostly city driving. How can you Stage IV's complain about 18-20? Let's see, 300+ and complaints on 18-20 mpg. My project car is going to get about 12. Of course, your stage IV's are not running high 11's like I will be...

i get probably the worst gas mileage at 16 mpg city and 22 mpg expressway

as ez said, i noticed a difference with better gas milage w/ my magnaflow. Then when I added the CAI, I noticed a more significant difference.

I was getting 26-28 in town and 36-38 Highway...I haven't checked yet with the headers though...I'm sitting on 360 miles, 1/4 tank marker...lots of gas left. Highway, easily get 500 miles per tank driving speed limit.
