Ok, does anyone have a write up on how to modify my passenger side motor mount to get the 2.4 to fit? Im starting the project this weekend and want to get all of my ducks in a row before-hand. TIA

are you putting the whole 2.4 block in or just the head?

2.4 block, 11.6:1 comp, #18 or 22 cams with top end kit

Beer, grinding, and welding is required. From what I've seen of the 2gnt side mount, it's tricky. A custom adapter will need to fabricated.

No Joshua, ttt as in to the top. And JT, ill try and im you when im on, but if you see me on first im me, aim is fubu169 or butteroj. Anyone else who has done this swap and has pictures of what you did to the mount. Also, would I be able to just throw the 2.4 mount into my car?

hehe it need to go up an inch and the bolt holes need to go out i believe noone has completed this swap yet so we dunno im still fiddling around with what to do for pistons then ill get my motor done.. im getting real close to part ordering time and assembled since i just started my new job...

What do you think your going to end up using to rebuild the bottom and or top end?
