in some of the past posts people have said that they really liked them and some said that they will never buy them again. i personaly have the ngk's one range hotter and they work great in my 99 plus they are probably cheaper. i haven't heard anything bad about the ngk's so why not go with them. im not saying they are a sure thing but the odds are against the bosch. as far as the gapping goes, i have heard the samething about being already gapped but i don't but it. all cars are different and need to be gapped different so if you do get them check the gap. you might have to gap them a few times to get them set the way you like it. not to get off the subject but is that the ohio river behind your car because it looks familiar.

As far as spark plugs go, you probably won't notice any (if at all)power gains from using one brand over another. I've tried the Bosch's and NGK's. I like the NGK's because they're cheap and I haven't have a problem with them. If anything, just get the hotter range NGK spark plug, if you're n/a.

I have the +4's and love them. I don't mind that they cost a little extra. Just buy them instead of the NGK's and don't go out to dinner one night. $5.99 Ea. I used to have NGK plugs and wires. I scrapped those for the +4s and some msd wires. Love em. MSD Wires OWN!!!
BTW... the plugs come pregapped(non adjustable) to .035;

thanks for the replies, i went with the bosch platinum 2's and they work great! seems the engine just runs a little smoother than before. However it was time to change plugs anyway. Also i didnt change the factory gap cause they look close enough. You'd have to look at the platinum two to see what i mean.

You can see how they go towards the middle then up to the center of the plug. So gapping doesnt look necessary.
About the river, that's the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia.
