Since I'm soldering under my hood I might as well run some wires and have both my cooling fans come on at the same time.
Who has the write-up for this mod?

no real writeup.. just grabbed the chiltons and found the correct wiring to the fans and tapped into the power and ground on the one that starts up all the time and ran wires to the power and ground into the other one after un plugging it. wires can be run at the top of the fans/radiator for ease.. just be sure to tape and secure.

the only reason i did it was because the other fan was not coming on when i turned on the ac and since it gets hella hot here in houston i had to do something about it.

This is going to be a winter project, I'm going to wire up a bypass switch for both fans, I'll try to remember to write it up, maybe pictures, if you're lucky :P
