Im having a weird electrical problem with my car, im going to list my replaced parts, hopefully this will help to determine what is causing my problems.
Head gasket
Head job
Top end gasket kit..replaced all gaskets
Coil pack
Plug wires..NGK
Plugs..Bosch Plats
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Now with the problem. Im having a hesitation problem yet again. This only happens when the car has been driven for 30 minutes or so. The car feels as though its missing, not badly..but enough to where i can tell im losing a bit of power. I thought the map sensor was bad, but wouldnt it mess the voltage up from the time the car starts to when the car is shut off? Another thing im looking at would be the rollover valve for the gas tank. Ive had trouble starting the car a few times, but not very many. I can hear the fuel pump pumping and it takes a second for it to start, but after that its fine. I know that all of my connections on the motor are secure and correct. I double checked everything after the head gasket change. This problem has to be electrical becuase it just makes too much sense. Also, yesterday my turn signals would only work when the brakes were applied, but today everything was fine. Does anyone know what this could mean? Thanks in advance for any info.

No codes from the ecu, i had the test done at auto zone. I did find an oil leak today, Midas retorqued my head yesterday, lost one of my spark plug seals, and also put the valve cover gasket on wrong. I had about an inch and a half of liquid in my number four cylinder as well. Im going to replace my spark plug gaskets tomorrow. I hope advance auto sells them. thanks

i have the same problem in my 95 5 speed with no mods but the wires intake exhaust its not the map sensor, i'm thinking its a coil pack problem or some kind of spark vs. rpm voltage a lot of guys have this problem my car does it at low rpms

i'm also thinking o2 sensors

If you have that much oil, the spark plug well gasket probably slipped out when installed and the oil in pumping over, causing the spark plug to not get spark.

There's an updated crank position sensor fo rthe Neons, I wonder if we share the same crank sensor(it would make sense that we do). They update dthe part to try to get rid of a low throttle to no throttle hesitation. I'll chekc later on part numbers.
