Im getting a thicker hg so i can run higher boost when i go turbo...but my car will still be NA for about 3 months with the thicker gasket on.....Will i notice a big difference in speed/ performance cause i will have lower compression with out a turbo????????

YES you will... now It depends on how much compression you reduce..

...for every point is about +/-4%. So at 8.6:1 compression you are at 134.4HP. I would say do it, go with the lower compression (thicker gasket) and just wait for your turbo. This is the best way without having to redo the HG
