first of all don't spend 100 bucks on a gs-t rear section. You can find them for 50 bucks fairly easy.

Really depends on what you want. Do you want a nice looking aftermarket muffler or do you want one that looks nice - but is a stock muffler (on some cars)? Second, how loud do you want to be? If quiet but a nice growl get the GS-T muffler, if not get the Magnaflow.
Have you considered this Magnaflow - its really cheap. Me and a couple other board members have it - I personally LOVE it. It sounds awesome (after warm up) with a nice deep growl, adds some performance and looks sweet when shined up. Here's the link for it: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/3g/magnaflow.htm - the street series.

You could check dsmtrader.com if they're parting out a GS-T. That's where I got mine for $50 shipped. It was a little rusty, but I cleaned it up nice and painted it black. Or you could also look at junkyards.

Mine's the street series muffler off the link I gave you - got it right from that site (RRE) Couldn't be anymore happy with the price I paid for it. Go to my site for more pictures of it, unless you already did :)
Muffler shop welded it right onto my stock exhaust piping.
