33596, Volt meter jumping Posted by DSMRoadster, Sep-25-02 08:01 AM
I have the Greddy turbo timer that also doubles as a voltage meter. Recently after erasing the code 43 from my ecu, the voltage jumps around from 12.8 to 14. This has never happened before and it usually stays around 13.3.-13.4. Another wierd thing is CEL 51 would come on for a few days and then disappears by itself. Anyone have any theories or comments?

maybe you just have a bad ground on the TT or your battery is starting to go, and it changes depending on the load on the system.
the code 51 will come when it detects a lean condition and may reset itself after it doesnt see that condition for like 3 days or what ever, if the condition isnt there when the ECU is checking for it, the light will go away
sometimes you can get the 51 from long highspeed highway driving
