If you are stock(this includes:intake,exhaust,headers,...mainly anying but turbo) then....no. It is designed to alter A/F ratio, if your stock, it won't help. You my see about 5 hp in a specific HP range, but that is on a dino w/ experience. Save your money for a 91 GSX or a turbo kit....it's worth it

I've got one and with a little tuning I noticed a good jump in my trap speed when racing the 1/4 mile. I didn't get faster times but I did get above 87 mph which I never did before, so I think a little tuning is worth some power.
I've got more tuning and runs to do so i'll see how much it really helps in the future.

I'm with you VX100. Our cars run rich, especially onc you start bolt ons. I have a CAI and a 55mm TB and with that you can smell the extra fuel they are dumping in there. It needs to be leaned out, so an S-AFC will help NA, and it's next on my list of mods. To buy anyway... not install... I have enough to install :-)
BTW what is the cheapest prices you guys have seen for the S-AFC, lowest I've seen new is $300.
