33296, Anyone Pass Emissions with a Turbo Kit?

Has anyone successfully passed emissions testing in NJ (or other states) with either a HRC turbo kit or Star?
Does anyone know if NJ does a visual check (similar to California)?

I passed just fine here in GA. I have the stage 2 with internals and some other crap. I had to disconnect the AFC & put back in the stock injectors, but other than that it was fine. Of course, this was before all the talk about being able to run the bigger injectors with no AFC. But still the end result was that I passed with a turbo kit.

if you live in california your pretty much screwed... read my post :P I'm pretty sure i"ll pass my idle emissions sniff if I disable my inline fuel pump, that thing makes me run rich like someone who won the lottery.
