Hello, I'm new to this site. My daughter has a 99 eclipse rs and I have read that there is a procedure to read code errors by switching the key on and off. I tried the link to it but the link won't work. Can anyone tell me the procedure?

the keydance you are refering to is for 95-97 model years and some 98's, but your in luck if the car drives then take it to Autozone they do free diagnostic checks and will tell you the codes for free, other than that your dealer will rape you like 80 bucks to read the codes, but go to autozone they do it for free

thanks for the info....I didn't know the procedure was for certain years. I'll go by Autozone.
