ok tonight i was driving arownd and i noticed a kinda like .i sounded like two metal pices taping each other i can here it from the driver side wheel and it sound like its coming from somwere arownd the trany area dose anyone now what this could be?the taping is not constent i think when i am in netral and i here it if i turn the wheel one way it stops for a bit the starts agin?

That sounds tranny related to me. What happens to the noise when the car is in N and the clutch is pushed in vs when the clutch is out? Does the noise change at all when the car is put in gear? Any extra info would help to figure out whats goin on.

yeah like matt said, if it goes away when u put in the clutch well a lot of the members have that problem. I forgot what the actual cause of the metal sound was, but mine does it too when the engine is cold.

sounds like the throwout bearing.. be sure to check your fluid levels in your tranny too.

when its in netral is when i here it when i put it in 1st it gose a way .it seems to shift fine and grabes good i think

So your saying that when you push in the clutch, the noise goes away? If thats the case then its not your throwout bearing. Your throwout bearing would make noise when the clutch is pushed in. If the noise goes away with the clutch pushed in, then I would put money on it that there's something wrong with your tranny.
