32254, pocketlogger readings Posted by dot9matrix, Sep-09-02 04:52 AM
I have been having trouble with my car not accelerating like it should so I bought the pocketlogger. At WOT the O2 sensor is reading .04 which I don't think is right but I could be wrong. I thought it should be around .92-.96? Can anybody tell me what readings my pocketlogger should be getting from the other sensors as well at WOT. Thanks.

seems to me like your 02 sensor is worn out, time for a new one

If it reads 0.04 at WOT, you may be flooding the sensor. If you dump too much fuel on the sensor all at once, it will read near zero for a few seconds. You should feel power drop off while the sensor is flooded. This should really only be an issue if you have a modified fuel system (don't know if you do).

Nope, stock fuel system. Right before WOT it reads .94 but as soon as I push the pedal all the way down it goes to .04 and the car doesn't accelerate very well. If I'm dumping too much fuel what could be wrong? Fuel pressure regulator? Fuel pump relay? I'm getting no CEL if that helps anyone.

Our cars got pocket or data loggers? Thought they were just for the 4G63 owners?
