31709, intake censer's Posted by streamline_eclipse, Sep-02-02 11:30 AM Does anybody know if those censer's that you put in yor intake work? I think the censer tell your car's computer that the air coming in is cooler then it is. And if so, is it safe for the car? | |

Posted by DarkOne, Sep-02-02 12:53 PM There are MANY "electrical" mods that can be done (AFC, ITC, etc) that will benefit, but simply adding a resistor to the intake air sensor isn't going to do a damn bit of good - the ecu doesn't rely on that sensor for any major adjustment. | |

And at the place "most" of us with few bolt on's are at, most electrical enhancements like the AFC prolly won't give as much improvement as an exhast or intake would. | |
