What exactly came with the kit? I know the clutch and throwoutbearing but what else? Any other bearings? I am asking this because I still have this weird sound that sonds like a bad throwout bearing at idle but when i press the clutch it goes away. I know I posted about this before but I just want to know what came with the kit?

I got the clutch and throw out bearing with my CM Stg 4. I have no noise at all. Runs perfectly. Me an a friend installed it without any real problems.

Disconnect your clutch cable from the clutch fork, and pull it. This "resets" the clutch cable, and should stop that throwout bearing noise. If not, your t/o bearing needs to be replaced. Unfortunately the stock ones are complete and total garbage, and no one makes a hipo replacement

Convert!!!!!! Hydraulic sucks! Neons have a cable and use the same exact tranny....hmmm.

bellhousing is a little different on the neon's, slave cylinder location is in a different spot... and its got a cable like was mentioned above, gears are a little longer too on the sohc's, or the same as ours in the dohc's.

Dave, dunno bout your prob, if you start feeling the car pull in neutral, then your really in some trouble. The new TO was installed, right? Have you did obvious stuff like bleed the pedal good, and remove the rubber cover over the fork, and inspect the location and appearance of the TO bearing?

I talked to my mechanic and he said if I bleed it it should go away. I am taking the car to him this week anyway so he can do my headgasket for me. So when its in there I am going to have him check it out for me.
