3101, I'm new with cars... PLEASE help! Posted by eck0, Jun-10-01 12:31 PM I just got my 96 rs Klipz about a month ago and I was wondering what I should do first to it. What will give me noticable HP for low money? I'm on a budget because I'm only 17 with a horrible job. I am planning on doing all the simple things like I/E/H.
