Don't know how much it will benefit a NA car, but it was very noticible on my engine. I have to tune my fuel map on the top end, because the engine is running more efficient..

I don't know if i would recommend a P&P manifold for you. Certainly nothing radical maybe just smooth out the runners and match them to each other. I would not do the full gasket match. With you being auto, I think this may slow down the intake air velocity too much to keep you r low end torque with the auto. I felt it was good on my manual, and it really opened up the high end rpms, which was good with the manual red line being higher.

If you are going to do cams or something like that down the road, go for it later. There are other mods that would help you better now. Get a cold air intake, UDP, exhaust work, The 55mm TB I think would be a good one, Then start thinking what you are doing from there, some work on that auto trans maybe? Or cams and decide what kind of porting just you want on the mani.
