Posted by techboy, Aug-18-02 12:21 PM Ok, I ordered 8.5mm Magnecor wires from Overboost.com a while back and my buddy just pointed out to me tonight that they say 2.5mm right on them - I never noticed. The box says 8.5mm ... what's the deal?? Anybody else's say that or did I get ripped? Like 3 weeks, it wasn't until I started getting nasty that they showed up. It will be a long time before I order from them again. Hopefully you have a better experience. Everyone else - my buddy that noticed it is a machanic and he says he installs 8.5's all the time and their thicker (probably not Magnecors though). I guess I'll trust them for now ... until the next DSM meet and I can compare with someone else's. I'll let you know. So they were punks, but I got on their ass and they got to it... Not ordering from them again... They should post the item is on backorder on their website
