30377, Car won't shift sometimes

I was driving my car a few days ago and i was stopped at the light and once i started going and tried to shift to second i couldn't move the shifter eventhough my clutch was all the way to the floor. It's done it a few times also and it just seems to lock up or something. Is my clutch going out?

Sounds about like aclutch going out...does is start slipping?
