2979, went autocrossing...and now, a small problem...

we just finished a successful turbo installation, finally...
and though the piping is rather restrictive, the car still pulls
i learned how much it pulls at an autocross i attended last week
at gulf greyhound park in houston...
we were supposed to have 4 runs...i only got 2
why?
because after the second run, i pulled into the grid and opened the hood and noticed smoke...and then i notice oil had sprayed everywhere and was dripping from underneath my car...
i lost 1/2 a quart...
so after shitting bricks for a little while, i put in a half quart and drove home...
and i haven't taken it above 3 grand since...
no blowby, no oil leaks, just a water leak...
i've tried to get parts to do a rebuild, but HRC said that Crower is on backorder...
my question is- do any of you think i'll be able to drive up to ny and down again if i take it really really easy on the car, and do you know of anywhere else i can get a piston/rod set?
oh yeah- i read a post about getting titanium valve springs etc...where could one acquire such springs etcetera etcetera etcetera ?
oh, and Darkone- i'm in town, and i'd love to meet you or something...there is another autocross coming up in July, once i find out the details, i'll post

thanks
jP

Just cause you had oil spew out (the breather I'm assuming) that doesn't neccessarily mean you've blown the engine, especially with all the side to side and low gear high rpms of autocrossing. Go get a leak down and compression test. Or at least take it around the block at high enough rpms to know if its really screwed.

Definately do a compression test. If you have one cylinder that's way off from the rest, then you have a problem. How high were you boosting? If it was ~5psi, it may just be your headgasket or blowby through your breather.

So how'd ya do??
