okay, if i am going to replace my clutch can i do this.
remove the driver's side associated suspension components and the drive shaft from the tranny then unbolt the tranny from the block and then slide the tranny out? leaving the passenger side driveshaft and associated components intact? I have to replace the 2 skirtseals for the driveshafts on the transmission because it leaks oil outta there. how much does the manual tranny weigh?
If i am totally out of the ballpark, what is the easiest way to switch out the clutch. i have a modular unit.

thanks
James

best online explanation is armonds at www.armond30.com, go to the tech tips section i believe its called... you will need to remove the whole front suspension, not just the driverside.

ya, what super20g said. I almost positive that the passenger side axel must be pulled out to get the tranny out
