After the build, two of my valve cover bolts are not torquing at all. The center front one and the one towards the center of the cover (can't remember). They seem to torque to about 3 pounds and then free spin. If i cut the bolts could I get them to torque??? This is causing massive oil leak into the center two wells.

it sounds like you stripped the holes. the only way to fix it is to helicoil it, i had to do that with one of mine and it worked out great.

well, you have to find a shop tha thas heli-coils i think shops like pep boys has it. what it is, is a little coil that looks like a spring, you drill the stripped hole out bigger with the supplied drill bit and tap it with the supplied tap. then you use the special tool and put the little helicoil on the end and drive it into the tapped hole. basically you are putting new threads into the hole to fit the existing hardware. those valve cover bolts are pretty specialized so you can't easily substitute another bolt for them.

Oh yes you can. Both my cam caps and valve cover fell victim to broken bolts. Bring your stock bolts to a mom and pops hardware store, and I can almost guarantee they have them. But it has to be one of them harcore mom and pops hardware store. Going to a dealer to get those bolts will cost 3-4 times more and they'll need to special order them.
