Sound like it may be your waterpump. There is a small hole on the underside of the waterpump by the pully called a "weep hole". This is basically a early warning sign for you. When the bearings or seals go bad in the waterpump this is where they start to leak from. Spray off the engine and then start it and get a flashlight to look for the leak. And whatever you do, do not put BAR'S STOP LEAK in it. This stuff is crap and will only clog your cooling system. When you put your new waterpump in, make sure to have it flushed out to get and sediments out.
