I am relivily to new to the racing world and I was hoping someone out there could answer a few questions?? I have a 1999 Eclipse GS 10th anniversary edition. I have added an AEM Cool air intake, Nology spark plug wires, nology spark plugs, Greddy Headers(Stainless steel), AIR MASS catback exhaust, and a stage 2 chip. Since I don't really like the idea of my engine taken out just to get it dino. Can any tell me what sort of horsepower gain I should get out of all this, and also what else I should do to get more power with getting NOS or Turbo. I don't have the budget to support NOS or Turbo so I was thinking about changing the pulleys and adding a fuil flow modifier and with adding that how much more should I expect for power gain??

First off, you have a chip did you notice anything? Most people call em bad names ;) Anyways, theres some other parts you can look into. Have your throttle body bored out to 55mm and have your intake port matched and ported and polished(or honed, its said that honing gives better results). You can pop in some cams, cam gears and UDP while your working in that area. I've never heard of that cat-back do you know the piping diameter? I cant go back and look without losing what I'm typing, but if your auto theres a final drive mod that gives you increased acceleration(with a slight drop in fuel mileage and top speed and throws off your speedo. Thats all I can think of for now, but it should be enough.

UDP is the best bang for the buck mod. 12hp for $160.

You don't have to take the engine out to dyno.. LMAO. Two words - chassis dyno. You roll up on it, tells you HP at the wheels. neat trick.

There is no such thing as a "stage 2 chip" for this car. Whatever you bought, you probably got ripped off.

I can not find anyone with a chasis dyno I tried. Thats what I get for living in vermont.

the company that sold me the chip was JETS. They told me the stage two chip is ment for racing, and with the fact of the performance parts that I have.
