my dad's gonna bore my TB for me in the machine shop, what's the biggest bore i can get out of it ? 56mm ? or can i do more ? PLease let me know asap guys!!!!!

Truthfully, any more than around 55mm and you'll break into the EVAPs air passage. Now, if you wanted, you could weld the passage up and bore it bigger and relocate it to the fitting on the back of the plenum, but it's a lot of work when you could, if you wanted bigger, use a 60mm jeep tb.

I see you are NA, just go with 55mm, its been shown by Gary of AFX that 55-56mm is fine. IMO 1mm isnt going to give a whole heck of a lot of difference. Now if you are going to turbo in the future, do the jeep mod!
