I could not took out the TPS on my old TB, so I missing one for my new TB. I wanna ask is that necessary for daily drive . TIA Ken

most def. without you prob wont even be able to drive and everything will be messed up. It might not even start correctly if at all

Oh hell yes its neccessary. I had the connector come loose on mine and proceeded to have the car buck and miss until it came to a hault.

To get it off do what I did, its easy and it works perfectly. Turn it into a flathead screw.. Take a dremel with smallest cutting wheel you have and make a straight line straight down the screw, then proceed to use your flathead screwdriver... IT works wonders, Ive had to do it on all my sensors, makes it easier in the future also. Peace

Why not just go get a torx head screw driver to remove the screws? Why waste all that time turning it into a flat head screw.
