1) intake and exhaust cams - with it labeled - how does one tell the difference.
2) ported and polished head and 3 angle valve job - so I can see what its supposed to look like (just got my head back yesterday - hehe - Labor day is gonna be a fun weekend.

The exhaust cam is longer and has the cam position sensor read the end. They will only fit one way, don't worry.
P&P head... uhh.. should look... smooth...

Cool thanks Mike - the head looks smooth - I am wondering what a 3 angle valve job looks like. I imagine I would have to remove the valves to really be able to tell though right?

Yeah the 3 angle valvejob will widden the the path into the valves to really see it the valves would have to be out, and a stock head for reference to really tell.

This might help some. The intake manifold is in its rightful position on the top pic so the exh cam is on the opposite side. You can see where the cam position sensor goes. The 2nd pic has the exhaust cam at the top. Michael should be real familar with the parts in the 1rst pic since he bought most of em.
This just a pic of my head before and after clean up. It still needs a valve job and porting but has been stripped, hot tanked and resufaced. Yet another part just sitting on my shelf awaiting future usage.
